2008 Sinatra La Voce Igt

"The Sinatra 2008 La Voce is a super Tuscan-style blend of Sangiovese (92%) and Colorino (8%), two local grape varietals, produced from our 3-hectare vineyard located in the hills of Fiesole, Italy. The wine is handcrafted using old world methods, including alcohol fermentation in open top oak barrels for 3-weeks with manual punch downs every four hours. The wine rests in new French Allier barriques for another 18 months to add roundness and complexity. Only 250 cs produced." [+]
