Aaron M. Healey

Aaron Healey represents clients in complex commercial litigation including antitrust, product liability, and TCPA matters. He has significant experience representing clients in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries in private antitrust class actions, merger challenges, and mass tort proceedings in state and federal court.

Aaron recently played a key role in the successful defense of STERIS Corporation’s acquisition of Synergy Health Plc against a challenge brought by the FTC in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. He also represented a Firm client in a successful mediation that resolved class claims against it in a price fixing case that was pending for nearly a decade in federal court in New York. Aaron’s other recent representations include defending a hospital against a merger challenge brought by the FTC, defending a pharmaceutical company against product liability claims brought by the estate of an executed prisoner, and assisting Notre Dame in football concussion litigation.
