Aaron S. Hullman

Aaron Hullman is counsel in the Washington, D.C. office and a member of the Corporate Department. He has significant experience representing private equity firms and companies in transactional and corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and private equity financings. He has developed particular expertise representing clients in traditional and renewable energy transactions and structuring complex joint ventures using limited liability company and limited partnership entities.

Representative clients include The Carlyle Group, Platinum Equity and Denham Capital Management.

Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Hullman was Vice President and General Counsel of Luna Innovations, a publicly traded, emerging-growth technology company. At Luna, he was responsible for transactional, corporate governance, SEC compliance, litigation and intellectual property matters. Mr. Hullman also worked as a civil and environmental engineer for five years prior to entering the practice of law. Mr. Hullman received his MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in 2003 and his MSE from the University of Michigan in 1994.
