Adam J. Joines

Adam Joines serves financial institutions and other corporate clients on a variety of civil litigation matters. He has experience in many aspects of the litigation process, including legal research, discovery, and drafting. Adam also has advised clients on trading laws and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission, Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and financial exchanges.

While in law school, Adam served as a provisional attorney in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of Illinois where he was lead counsel on several Section 1983 civil rights cases, including one trial taken to jury verdict. [1]
