Adam M. Greenfield

Adam Greenfield is an associate in the Intellectual Property Litigation and Supreme Court & Appellate Practices. He focuses on complex patent trials, appeals and related business counseling in a variety of industries, most frequently relating to electrical and computer technology.

He recently served on the firm's Training & Career Enhancement (TACE) committee and remains an active contributor to Latham's knowledge management initiative, which leverages the firm’s collective knowledge and resources to obtain positive, efficient results on behalf of clients.

Mr. Greenfield has been recognized as a "Rising Star" in IP litigation by Washington, D.C. Super Lawyers every year since 2014. He is also a member of the Federal Circuit Bar Association.  

Before joining Latham, Mr. Greenfield clerked for the Honorable Kimberly A. Moore, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He also served as managing editor of the University of Illinois Law Review and received a BS degree in electrical engineering with a minor in mathematics.
