Adam Sieff is a Litigation & Trial associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins. He represents entertainment and technology companies in antitrust and other complex civil litigation through trial and appeal. Mr. Sieff has experience authoring merits briefs and pleadings, managing discovery and preparing witness examinations. In his pro bono practice, Mr. Sieff represents children in impact civil rights litigation across the country.
Mr. Sieff received his JD with distinction in 2014 from Stanford Law School, where he served as an articles editor for the Stanford Law & Policy Review and his legal scholarship was awarded with the John Hart Ely Prize.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Sieff clerked for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California, where he was stationed in the Civil Rights Section. He currently serves on the Education Advisory Committee to the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights of the San Francisco Bay Area.
