Adam Salter

Adam Salter has more than 17 years of experience practicing in Australia and elsewhere in the Asia-Pacific region (in Hong Kong and Singapore). His practice focuses on advising domestic and international employers in relation to Australian labor and employment, employee benefits, and personal data privacy and security issues.

Adam regularly assists clients with drafting of Australian employment contracts and policies (including equity and non-equity compensation plans) and provides advice regarding executive hiring and dismissal, statutory entitlements, industrial instruments (including Modern Awards and Enterprise Agreements), termination of employment, redundancy programs, drafting and enforcing post-employment restraints, secondments, personal data and privacy security, and transfer of business issues. He also regularly advises on, and assists clients with the negotiation of, enterprise agreements with employees and trade unions. [1]
