Alan E. Colley

Alan Colley's practice is concentrated on employment and labor law. He defends and advises clients pursuant to federal and state laws regarding wage and hour matters, accommodating individuals with disabilities, and employment discrimination. In addition, Alan performs compliance audits for employers subject to federal contracting laws, drafts responses for EEOC investigations, develops employee secondment strategies, researches and drafts employment agreements, advises on workplace health and safety matters, and assists employers in responding to personal data breaches.

Alan has completed nearly 20 years of military service and currently serves as a civil affairs officer in the United States Army Reserve. Prior to entering law school, he deployed in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. [1]
