Alexander M. Yabroff

Alex Yabroff focuses his practice on counseling and litigation related to government procurement. He represents U.S. and international firms on a wide array of government contract issues including contact disputes and government investigations relating to the False Claims Act. He also has experience in complex commercial and international litigation.

Alex maintains an active pro bono practice. He currently represents one parent in a complex child custody dispute and has represented pro bono clients in connection with criminal appeals and habeas petitions. Furthermore, he has represented individuals in landlord-tenant matters in the District of Columbia and volunteers regularly with the D.C. Landlord-Tenant Resource Center. [1]
