Allison Crow's practice focuses on representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including discrimination, wage and hour, employee and contractor classification, employment policies, employment contracts, hiring practices, terminations, reductions in force, and a variety of other issues that arise under federal, state, and local labor and employment laws. She also represents employers in labor matters including handling labor arbitrations. In addition, Allison maintains a pro bono practice and advises Bay Area nonprofit organizations in employment matters involving California and federal law.Prior to joining Jones Day, Allison's experience included counseling and defending corporate clients, particularly in the technology sector, in matters involving hiring practices, employee policies, terminations, and issues related to employee mobility and trade secrets.
