Allison Moser

Allison Moser focuses on the representation of employers in litigation in federal and state courts and before administrative agencies regarding discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, wage and hour, wrongful termination, employee mobility, and other labor and employment matters. She defends employers in individual, multiplaintiff, and class action litigation, including drafting decertification and other dispositive motions, deposing plaintiffs and class members, and conducting discovery. Allison also advises employers on employment policies, terminations, classification of employees, misappropriation of trade secrets, family and medical leave, employment contracts, and numerous other issues that arise under local, state, and federal labor and employment laws.

In addition, Allison has extensive pretrial, trial, and arbitration experience. Prior to joining Jones Day in 2013, she served as lead counsel in an arbitration and second-chair counsel in two jury trials. [1]
