Allyson M. Maltas

Allyson Maltas is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. She is a member of the Litigation & Trial Department and the firm’s nationally recognized Antitrust & Competition Practice. Ms. Maltas focuses on defense of corporate clients in complex civil litigation and class actions, and in global antitrust cartel investigations.

In her civil litigation work, Ms. Maltas represents clients in all stages of complex civil and multi-district class action litigation, including through trial. She has also assisted clients in successful applications for amnesty in jurisdictions across the world, and in investigations by competition authorities in the United States and other countries. Ms. Maltas has represented companies in a variety of industries, including automotive parts, oil and gas, computer components, musical instruments, construction material, private equity and cable television services.
