Amanda K. Rice

Amanda Rice's practice focuses on appellate advocacy and critical motions. She has drafted Supreme Court merits briefs, amicus briefs, and certiorari-stage briefs in cases involving intellectual property, the First Amendment, American Indian law, criminal law, and whistleblower protections. She also has drafted briefs and motions filed in the U.S. Courts of Appeals, state appellate courts, and various trial courts.
