Amy Feinman is an associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial Department.
Ms. Feinman focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation and business disputes. She has experience advising on a diverse array of matters, including product liability, trade secret protection and contract disputes.
Ms. Feinman also has significant trial experience in international consumer class actions. She is part of a team coordinating litigation for an international manufacturer, its subsidiaries and former affiliates in multi-billion dollar consumer class actions and government healthcare cost recoupment lawsuits.
Ms. Feinman also maintains an active pro bono practice through the Youth Advocacy Division of the Committee for Public Counsel Services in Massachusetts.
Ms. Feinman graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. While in law school, Ms. Feinman served as an Executive Editor of the Journal of Law and Social Change. She also worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Peggy L. Ableman of the Delaware Superior Court and as a legal intern at the Legal Aid Society in New York, the Education Law Center in Philadelphia and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission.
