Amy Kho

Amy Kho has a background in general bank lending and practices in cross-border financing transactions in Western and Central Europe, including acquisition finance, project finance, structured finance, and secured and unsecured lending. Amy also has experience in capital market transactions, securitisation, asset-backed financing, trade finance, and secondary debt trading. She routinely acts on behalf of investment banks as finance providers but also has acted for borrowers and sponsors. Amy recently worked on several debt restructuring and workout matters acting on behalf of both lenders and borrowers.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Amy practiced in the banking and finance department of a U.K. Magic Circle law firm. During that time, she spent six months on secondment to JPMorgan Chase Bank in London as legal counsel of its global loans business and another five months at the bank's secondary debt trading desk.
