An Doan practices intellectual property law with a focus on patent litigation in federal courts and before the United States International Trade Commission (ITC). She has represented companies in patent cases relating to a variety of technologies, including semiconductor circuitry, fabrication, and packaging, GPS, flash memory, display systems, image and video compression, signal processing, and smart cards.

An has significant experience handling all stages of patent litigation, including developing and executing case strategies, managing discovery, preparing infringement and invalidity contentions, taking and defending depositions and preparing witnesses, drafting expert reports and dispositive motions, arguing motions, and preparing post-trial briefs. She has also represented clients at trials in the ITC. [1]
