Ana De Santiago Ayon is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins. She is a member of the firm’s Environment, Land & Resources Department.
Ms. De Santiago Ayon focuses her practice on land use, environmental and real estate development matters. She provides counsel to land owners, developers and non-profit organizations regarding local planning and zoning regulations and related environmental matters. Ms. De Santiago Ayon also advises clients on state land use regulations, including the California Environmental Quality Act and the California Coastal Act.
While in law school, Ms. De Santiago Ayon was a law clerk at the Southern California Association of Governments where she assisted in the adoption of the 2012 - 2035 Regional Transportation Plan/Sustainable Communities Strategy. Prior to attending law school, Ms. De Santiago Ayon received a master's degree in planning, with honors, from the University of Southern California.
