Ana Gardea is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department.
Ms. Gardea’s practice focuses on complex federal antitrust litigation, domestic and international regulatory investigations, and other competition-related matters, with an emphasis on the high-technology and financial services industries.
Ms. Gardea also maintains an active pro bono practice, representing indigent clients in connection with immigration-related matters.
Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Gardea served as a law clerk to the Honorable Jon S. Tigar and the Honorable Nathanael M. Cousins on the US District Court for the Northern District of California. During law school, she served as an extern to the Honorable Jeremy Fogel on the US District Court for the Northern District of California, and as a summer law clerk in the Major Crimes Section of the US Attorney’s Office in San Francisco.
Ms. Gardea worked for the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice in San Francisco as a paralegal before attending Stanford Law School.
