Anatoly Matveev

Anatoly Matveev's practice is focused on international arbitration and complex cross-border litigation. His experience includes arbitrations under the rules of SCC, LCIA, ICC, and ICSID; commercial litigation in the English High Court and Court of Appeal; and disputes conducted in the Russian arbitrazh (state commercial) courts and in competition tribunals.

Anatoly recently participated in the ICC arbitration defending a major Russian financial holding company from a financial services market claim, represented investors in two ICSID investment arbitrations against a Central Asia state, and defended another Central Asia state in an LCIA arbitration initiated by a contractor on a procurement contract.
