Andrew has extensive experience in the real estate sector, advising clients in respect of senior and mezzanine financings, real estate fund recapitalizations, loan to own transactions, and NPL trades. Recent representative transactions include M. Safra & Co's £273 million refinancing of Plantation Place in the City of London and the €1.1 billion refinancing of the Vitus Group, a German multifamily investment company owned by Blackstone, Deutsche Bank, Aviva, and Round Hill Capital, which was partially refinanced through a CMBS arranged by Deutsche Bank.
