Andrew Bertolli is an associate in the Litigation & Trial Department in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins LLP.
Mr. Bertolli’s practice focuses on complex business litigation, including defense against government investigations, cartel matters and other antitrust suits. He is actively involved in the firm’s pro bono work and is the attorney in charge of representing International Justice Mission, an organization working to end human trafficking. Mr. Bertolli is also one of the lead editors for the forthcoming update to the Antitrust Evidence Handbook, a publication by the American Bar Association Antitrust Section’s Trial Practice committee.
Mr. Bertolli received his JD from the University of California, Los Angeles where he served as an editor on the UCLA Law Review. Mr. Bertolli also earned magna cum laude honors and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa as an undergraduate at UCLA.
