Andrew P. Mina

Andrew Mina's practice focuses on energy regulatory matters, particularly those related to the electric and natural gas industries.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2015, Andrew was an attorney-adviser to four administrative law judges at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC). In that role, he drafted orders, notices, and initial decisions, and also assisted in conducting settlement and hearing proceedings in complex electricity, natural gas, oil pipeline, and renewable energy cases. Additionally, he worked as an energy industry analyst in FERC's Office of Energy Market Regulation, where he drafted orders related to electricity matters in the western United States. [1]
