Andrew Tingle

Andrew Tingle has a broad commercial practice across a range of business sectors, focusing on cross-border corporate and financial transactions, particularly multijurisdictional mergers and acquisitions, with a strong concentration on private equity and the emerging markets.

Prior to joining Jones Day in June 2012, Andrew advised on numerous significant transactions, including Hellman & Friedman on its acquisition of Gartmore, the fund manager; Texas Pacific Group on the $560 million sale of Ivan Taranov Breweries; Itera on its strategic joint venture with Rosneft resulting in the management of combined assets in the $4 billion to $5 billion range; and EFG Hermes on its acquisition of a majority stake in Credit Libanais.
