Andrew Tufano is a 17 year old Singer/Songwriter out of Sterling, VA.
Winning a variety of awards since being a first place winner of the
NSBA electronic music talent search at age 11, Andrew has been playing
the piano since 2003, and since then has learned bits and pieces of
the guitar, ukulele, accordion, drum set, saxophone, french horn,
harmonica, and whatever else he can find. It's borderline obsessive,
but we appreciate him for it. He is always experimenting with jazz,
blues, soul, and the occasional electronic jam, and synthesizes a
variety of influences when songwriting, fashioning a multifaceted pop
blend of material reminiscent of John Mayer or Jason Mraz.

Consistently playing local venues (such as Ned Devines, Tally Ho!,
street corners, alone in his basement, etc.) Andrew loves performing
as much as writing music. He has also been teaching piano lessons
since he was 15 to neighborhood youngsters for some monetary support
necessary to buy all the equipment (mic stands, hipster attire, snack
food) associated with his passions. In 2012 he wrote and recorded his
first EP titled Right Where We Should Be, available on iTunes and
other music distribution sites (it's on Spotify, you don't have to buy
it) (but you can buy it if you want). [+]
