Andy Stanton

Andy Stanton is a seasoned litigator with first-chair trial, arbitration, and appellate experience. He has successfully tried cases in state and federal courts, argued multiple appeals, and represented clients before arbitral tribunals. Andy has represented clients spanning a range of industries, including manufacturing, energy, mining, metals, specialty chemicals, industrial equipment, financial services, health care and pharmaceuticals, and consumer products.

Andy has litigated on behalf of policyholders seeking insurance coverage for third-party bodily injury and property damage claims as well as first-party property damage and business interruption claims.
