Ann M. Donaldson

Annie Donaldson counsels and represents clients on a range of political law issues, including state and federal campaign finance regulations, government ethics matters, lobbying disclosure, and government investigations. She has represented individuals, campaigns, political organizations, nonprofit organizations, corporations, and political vendors.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Annie worked in various capacities in political campaigns and government, having managed a local campaign, worked in state government, for a federal PAC, and two presidential campaigns, having served as associate counsel to Mitt Romney's 2012 presidential campaign and as assistant director of operations for the 2008 Romney for President campaign. During law school, she worked with a nonprofit campaign legal organization where she assisted with drafting, editing, and filing amicus briefs in federal appellate and U.S. Supreme Court cases involving First Amendment challenges to campaign finance laws.
