Anthony R. Klein is the global Co-chair of Latham & Watkins’ Technology Transactions Practice, global Co-chair of the Information Technology – Systems & Solutions Industry group and a member of the Emerging Companies Practice.  

Mr. Klein’s practice focuses on strategic counseling and negotiating technology-related transactions worldwide for a wide range of emerging growth and established technology and service companies and their customers, particularly in the fields of:
