Relaxing spot, 15 minutes walk from the center. near the Rio do Conchas. The property was built only 5 years ago with 15m pool and roof terrace with BBQ area and pizza oven. We have an 8m canoe for trips up the river to waterfalls and to the beach across the river.

Each of the apartments that sleep up to 4 people comes with a kitchen, bathroom and hammock on the veranda that over looks the pool.

The name Aotearoa comes from the Maori language, which is from New Zealand and means 'Land of the long white Cloud'. We have two large BBQ areas and a wood fired pizza oven. We are close to the Concha River and have a 8m boat which you can charter for day trips to beautiful waterfalls or for a short ride over to 'pontal' for a day of sun and surf. The owners also own a farm a short distance up river that can provide you with a taste of Brazilian farm living. Also situated on the farm amongst the tree tops is a hand built tree house for overnight stays with breath taking views of Itacare and the Coast de Cacau. We also can provide you with surf lessons, horse back rides, day long rafting trips, and our favourite sitting in the sun with our dog Rodney and a caipiriha.
