Ashley Wagner is an associate in the Tax Department of Latham & Watkins' Silicon Valley office. Her practice focuses on executive compensation and employee benefits matters.
Ms. Wagner advises a wide variety of clients, including public and private companies, with respect to establishing:
- Equity incentive plans
- Deferred compensation plans
- Severance and change in control arrangements
- Employment agreements
In addition, her experience includes dealing with employee benefit and compensation aspects of merger and acquisition transactions, financings, initial public offerings and other corporate transactions.
Ms. Wagner is actively involved in the firm's pro bono program. Her pro bono work includes helping individuals obtain permanent restraining orders for domestic violence and advising non-profits on employee benefits matters, employee handbooks and classification of workers.
Ms. Wagner received her JD from Duke University School of Law. While in law school, she was an Articles Editor for the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum and Lead Editor of for the Duke Forum for Law & Social Change.
