For over 200 years, U.S. Army soldiers have served their country with honor. Servicemen and women are armed with training, technology, and the clothing on their backs—clothing that has protected, warmed, cooled, comforted, and at times even saved lives.
In 2013, Authentic Apparel set out to create a line of clothing that would capture those exact same attributes—authentic clothing that would pay homage to America’s military spirit while also being thoroughly modern. Utilizing historical archives spanning over two centuries, the collection brings to life the Army’s classic heritage pieces such as the M65 field jacket and Eisenhower jacket. The collection includes jackets, pants, sweaters, and tees that take the heart and soul of military apparel and tailors it with an eye toward modern fashion.
Authentic Apparel designs clothing that you can live in now and is built to last for years—clothing that provides protection from rain, wind, and other weather conditions the way it’s protected our soldiers for decades. You can wear these clothes with pride, knowing they are a celebration of the United States Army and everything it stands for.
By Federal law, licensing fees paid to the U.S. Army for use of its trademarks provide support to the Army Trademark Licensing program, and net licensing revenue is devoted to U.S. Army Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Programs. [+]
