The Alvarinho, Loureiro and Trajadura vines are planted in strings in the best soils of Quinta da Aveleda. Only the grapes at the ideal maturation stage are picked during the harvest. The vinification of each variety is carried out separately and only then is the lot produced. The fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures (between 18-20ºC).
