Aviva Yakren represents financial institutions in all aspects of real estate finance, including senior and subordinate facilities, construction loans, mezzanine loans, revolving facilities, credit-backed and private placement bond financings, and community development financings. She also represents private equity investors and real estate developers in acquiring, developing, and financing a broad range of real estate asset classes, including office buildings, multifamily housing, assisted living and independent living facilities, hotels, and commercial and retail space.
