Tom Watson is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Watson’s practice focuses on representing clients on a variety of intellectual property matters, including:
- Trade Dress
While attending law school, Mr. Watson served as a Content Editor of the Duke Law and Technology Review and as an Articles Editor for the journal Law and Contemporary Problems.
During law school, Mr. Watson worked in patent prosecution and patent licensing as a legal intern at GlaxoSmithKline.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Watson worked in a laboratory studying collisional energy transfer and presented his research Quenching of Vibrationally Excited Pyrazine in Collision with N2O at the American Chemical Society’s 2011 national meeting.
