Benjamin M. Flowers

Ben Flowers focuses on appellate litigation and complex trial-level motions. He has represented clients in numerous courts, including federal appellate courts and the Supreme Court of the United States, in cases involving patent law, product liability law, and more.

Prior to joining Jones Day in 2015, Ben served as a law clerk to Justice Antonin Scalia of the Supreme Court of the United States and to Judge Sandra Ikuta of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. [1]
