Bradley A. Klein
Bradley A. Klein is located in the firm’s Hong Kong office and leads a team representing corporations, financial institutions and individuals in internal investigations, U.S. regulatory enforcement matters, and U.S. federal and state trial and appellate litigation. Mr. Klein has extensive experience representing clients in Asia and the U.S. in internal investigations, regulatory enforcement actions and compliance matters involving the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and other aspects of U.S. law. He has represented companies and their boards in active investigations by federal regulators, internal company investigations, and the design and implementation of regulatory compliance programs. Mr. Klein also has broad experience in handling an array of complex federal commercial litigation for clients in Asia and the United States, including actions brought under the U.S. federal securities laws, the False Claims Act, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) and the Alien Tort Statute, as well as other claims based on federal and state statutory and common law.
