Brady Cummins is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Cummins focuses on assisting clients in obtaining clearance of mergers and acquisitions from the Federal Trade Commission, Department of Justice and other competition authorities around the world.
Mr. Cummins has experience with obtaining clearance for proposed transactions under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act, including assisting clients through the successful resolution of Second Requests issued by the US antitrust authorities. He has counseled clients in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, healthcare and high technology.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Cummins worked on a range of antitrust matters at the Federal Trade Commission, both in the office of Commissioner Joshua Wright and in the Mergers IV division of the Bureau of Competition. Mr. Cummins co-authored an article on judicial interpretation of the antitrust laws published by Antitrust Magazine.
