Brandon Dalling

Brandon Dalling is counsel in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, where he is a member of the Project Finance Practice in the Finance Department. Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Dalling worked as internal legal counsel to the commodities sales and trading divisions of Lehman Brothers and Barclays Capital and as an associate in the project finance group of another major international law firm.

Mr. Dalling’s practice focuses primarily on the representation of commercial and investment banks and other financial institutions, as well as strategic and financial investors, in project development and financing, acquisition financing and other infrastructure-related secured lending transactions, including natural gas, coal, hydro, biomass and geothermal power generation, power transmission, toll roads and bridges, telecommunications and mining. Mr. Dalling also practices in all aspects of physical and financial commodities hedging and trading, including structured marketing and trading facilities, prepaid forward transactions and other commodity-linked financings.
