Brandon L. Dixon

Brandon Dixon represents employers in a variety of traditional labor and employment law matters before U.S. federal courts, state courts, and administrative agencies. His experience includes defending claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, and various other federal and state labor and employment laws. Brandon also has experience counseling clients concerning antidiscrimination laws, wage and hour compliance, employment-related background checks, and other human resources issues.
