Brendan McShane’s practice focuses on litigating complex antitrust and unfair competition matters, with significant experience defending against consumer class actions.
Mr. McShane has over 10 years of experience defending clients against claims of bid-rigging, price fixing, monopolization, exclusive dealing, and resale price maintenance. He has successfully counseled and represented clients in a variety of industries, including the consumer products, technology and travel-related industries, among others.
Mr. McShane is active in the Antitrust Section of the American Bar Association and the Association of Business Trial Lawyers. He is also the lead editor for the forthcoming update to the Antitrust Evidence Handbook, a publication of the Antitrust Section’s Trial Practice Committee.
