As Supervisor of eDiscovery Services in the firm’s Global Technology group, Ms. Collins supervises a team of attorneys responsible for developing and implementing best practices for electronic discovery for the firm. She advises on complex discovery issues, including preservation, collection, culling/filtering and review of documents, and educates attorneys about all phases of the electronic discovery process.
Prior to joining the Technology department, Ms. Collins was a seventh-year litigation associate in Latham & Watkins’ San Francisco office. Her practice focused primarily on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on professional liability and antitrust matters. Ms. Collins has extensive e-discovery experience involving large-scale document collections, reviews and productions.
Ms. Collins served as a law clerk to the Honorable Garland Burrell, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California from 2002 to 2003.
During Law school, Ms. Collins served as Executive Editor of the U.C. Davis Law Review.
