Brett Braden, a partner in the Houston office, focuses his practice on corporate finance and M&A matters, primarily involving MLPs and other companies in the oil and gas and chemical industries.
Mr. Braden also represents both public and private companies in the oil and gas and chemical industries in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures, as well as with respect to corporate governance and compliance matters.
