Brian C. Wilson

Brian Wilson advises public and private employers on the design, implementation, and administration of tax qualified and nonqualified retirement plans and welfare benefit plans, including their regulatory compliance with the Internal Revenue Code, ERISA, COBRA, HIPPA, and the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act. He has experience advising clients on plan correction issues under the IRS Employee Plans Compliance Resolution System.

In addition, Brian regularly advises clients regarding the employee benefit aspects of corporate acquisitions, dispositions, and mergers. In particular, Brian has experience in assisting clients with the implementation of employee benefit programs and equity incentive plans in connection with those transactions. He also assists clients with drafting various employment related agreements, including equity award agreements. [1]
