Brianna W. Stuart

Bree Stuart's practice is focused on complex litigation and product liability disputes. She is currently involved in Jones Day's defense of the "Engle progeny" smoking and health lawsuits brought against R.J. Reynolds in Florida. Bree has been a member of numerous trial teams in cases tried to jury verdict in both federal and state courts, including Meeker v. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., et al., Anderson v. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., Hecht v. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co., et al., and Gamble v. R.J. Reynolds Tobacco Co. which resulted in jury verdicts for Reynolds. She has experience in many aspects of civil litigation, including conducting legal research, drafting and arguing motions, preparing expert and fact witness cross-examinations, and taking fact witness depositions.

Bree is also active in the Firm's pro bono practice, including representing refugees seeking asylum in the United States. [1]
