Britt Lovejoy is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm's Litigation & Trial Department. Since joining the firm in 2012, Ms. Lovejoy has developed a range of experience in state and federal litigation, with a particular focus on Internet, digital media, and technology markets.
While in law school, Ms. Lovejoy served on the Executive Board of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal and was a student researcher for the Director of the Berkeley Center for Law & Technology, researching topics on a wide range of issues in intellectual property law, including the Federal Circuit patent claim construction reversal rate and trademark litigation. She was also an extern for The Honorable Marilyn H. Patel of the Northern District of California.
