Relax under the stars and sun to the sound of the ocean in Pichilemu, Chile. Our unique cabins are located in Chiles surf capital on the central coast. Each cabin is equipped with its own kitchen, bathroom, and ocean view. We are the only eco-friendly cabins in Pichilemu with a community compost pile, bottle recycling, grey-water reuse system, and fresh organic eggs in the morning! The Buena Vista Cabanas are situated in a rural section on the hill over looking the town. We are a 15 minute walk from the center, several beautiful beaches, and amazing surfing waves.
We have free Wi-Fi Internet access, woodburning stoves in the big cabins, and shared fire pit patio.
During the day guests are welcome to rest in the hammocks, take a walk out the ridge behind us or down one of the many wide beaches. We can connect you with surf classes and rentals, mountain bike rentals and tours, kayak tours, horseback rides, and Spanish classes at the nearby language school. At night guests can have a barbeque, star gaze, and socialize at the bonfire pit. Later they can fall asleep to the rhythmic sound of the Pacific Ocean.
The Buena Vista Cabanas and Pichilemu are just a short 3 hour bus ride from Santiago. Many buses leave the Terminal Alameda everyday bound for Pichilemu. Take the bus through Melipilla and call us from the terminal when you arrive in Pichilemu for a free pick-up. We suggest that guests with cars also give us a call when they arrive to Pichilemu so we can lead them to the cabanas.
The cabanas are run by us, Chris and Valerie, and we look forward to sharing our home on the ocean with you!
