Caitlin A. Bell

Caitlin Bell works in the areas of civil and criminal litigation, with a focus on complex civil litigation, government investigations, and appellate advocacy. She has experience representing individuals and organizations in civil matters in both state and federal courts, and as part of her pro bono practice she represented an individual in a federal habeas appeal. Caitlin also represents clients in internal investigations and government inquiries involving securities fraud, insider trading, and violations of anticorruption laws. In addition, she has experience advising clients on the development of international compliance programs.

Caitlin is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and serves on the Association's Board of Trustees. She is also an adjunct professor of law at Case Western Reserve University, where she teaches a course on white collar crime. [1]
