Elaborated with the native grape varieties of the Peneds region Xarel.lo, Macabeu and Parellada. Aged for a minimum of 12 months in the bottle. It is a pale yellow coloured cava with an fresh intense aroma in which sweet hints of preserved fruit predominate. It has an agreeable, round taste on the palate with a fine balance between acidity and sweetness. Recommended for accompanying red and white meat, fish dishes, or for drinking at any time of day. [+]
