Canihan 2007 Pinot Noir

Touches of cocoa, graham crackers and sweet earth sit lightly atop well-defined, black cherry fruit in the nose, and the wine’s deep, fully ripened flavors follow suit. A full-bodied and fairly fleshy version of Pinot, it is also balanced, and it manages to convey complexity. It shows fine stamina and strength at the finish. [+]
