Casa Bianchi 2014 Torrontes LEO

Casa Bianchi's 2014 'LEO' Torrontes comes from the Dona Elsa Estate, situated in Rama Caida, San Rafael, Mendoza at 2,500 feet above sea level. Rama Caida is among the coolest areas of San Rafael, which the Torrontes grape grows extremely well in. Light yellow in color, the 2014 'LEO' Torrontes offers young, delicate aromas of white flowers and tropical fruits, including pineapple, peaches and white grapes, as well as hints of grapefruit and lime. The palate is crisp, refreshing, and light with a wonderful balance of citrus flavors. This 'LEO' label is a collaboration between Casa Bianchi and Argentine soccer superstar Leo Messi's Charity Foundation. A portion of the proceeds of LEO wines go to the foundation, and help with health care and educational development of socially-disadvantaged children. Enjoy! [+]
