Casey Dwyer is a partner in the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice with an emphasis on patent litigation and arbitration. Ms. Dwyer has a track record of developing litigation strategies for clients by combining her technical background and understanding of complex issues with her experience in patent litigation. Ms. Dwyer devotes her practice to patent litigation, arbitration and strategic counseling, primarily in the areas of pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices and chemicals. She has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in various federal district courts, arbitration tribunals and before the Federal Circuit.
She also advises clients on issues of intellectual property licensing, antitrust and publishing activities.
In 2014, Ms. Dwyer was recognized by Super Lawyers Magazine as a Washington, D.C. “Rising Star” in intellectual property litigation.
Ms. Dwyer’s previous work experience also includes practicing federal antitrust litigation focusing on the financial sector.
